Subscription refunds
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of a subscription purchase when no credits from that subscription purchase have been used. This policy applies to Verity Voice memberships only.
To request a refund, contact support@verityvoicechanger.com with the email address used for your account and the purchase date. We may ask for information needed to locate the payment and confirm eligibility.
Credit packs are not refundable
One-time credit packs are not refundable. They are permanent credits that remain available in your account until used, so they are not eligible for the seven-day subscription refund policy.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal.
